RETURN POLICY
In addition to providing top-notch products you love, DS Sunlight Beauty strives to give you excellent customer service. However, all purchases are final. Exchangeable items must be equivalent to the order total.
EXCHANGE POLICY
We will only exchange one time. All products must return in the original condition, unused, unaltered, original packaging, and unopened. Don't hesitate to contact us at exchange@dssunlightbeauty.com for exchange instructions. It will be best to email us for exchange instructions before you ship your package to us. During sales, we do not offer exchanges. All sales are final. We recommend you send your package via US Postal Insured Priority Mail as we are not responsible for lost packages. We recommend using a tracking method when shipping back products. The exchanges process between 2-5 days. If you know what you would like to exchange for, we recommend you advise us before returning the product. We will process your exchange and new order all at once.
SHIPPING POLICY
After placing your order, please allow 48 hours for your order to be processed. Once processed, you shall receive your order from USPS Priority Mail in 3 to 5 business days. Please email dssunlightbeauty@gmail.com to inquire about the status of your order. Weekends orders will be processed that following Monday. Express shipment orders must be placed by noon and processed by 5 pm EST.
LOST PACKAGES
If tracking your package, there is a discrepancy with delivery or your package has been misplaced during transit, please call USPS immediately. We will contact USPS right away and will begin the investigation immediately. All inquiries can take up to 8 to 10 business days. DS Sunlight Beauty will not resend or refund a package that shows Delivered on USPS.
